I trained with William to prepare for my kettlebell certification course and he quickly put me on track with what I needed to know and set me up with a plan to make the course an enjoyable learning experience instead of being behind the curve. His communication/instruction skills were just what I needed. He went out of his way to make sure I learned what I needed to be the best I can be. I hope to train with William again to continue my kettlebell education. I recommend training with William. You can't go wrong.

I wanted some tips on kettle bell technique so I called William. He agreed to meet me with on very short notice. He was friendly and helpful, and seemed to be genuinely interested in me as a client making progress and not just getting through the workout. He gave me some excellent tips and pointed out some things I was doing wrong with my technique that I have been unaware of for sometime and that have been causing me some back problems. This was very helpful and I really appreciated it.

I have now been training with William for eight weeks. In such a short period of time, I have noticed an incredible amount of changes in my body. I am getting stronger and I look more fit. William's approach to training is the best. I find him very encouraging, inspiring but make not mistake about it, the man is tough! William Stokes is a top-notch RKC certified kettle bell trainer. He has great motivating powers with a gentle and easy personality. His excellent communication skills and knowledge make it easy to follow his instruction and routines. He provides extraordinary workouts that are both physically challenging and mentally inspiring. William always demonstrates the proper technique, so you do not risk injury. He always provides one, if not more modifications in case you start to tire and compromise your form. He stresses good form and control at all times. He keeps a watchful eye on his students and offers correction immediately. William encourages me to work to my limit and gives me confidence to take a step beyond. Shortly after working with him I realized how strong his passion is and how sincere he is about helping everyone meet their goals.

William is a gifted individual who provides the perfect blend of encouragement and safety. He has given me the gift of Kettle bell training, and the effects have been truly remarkable both physically and psychologically. I feel a strength that I had not previously felt, and have obtained this so quickly! William has been an incredilbe source of support during our training sessions, believing in my capacity and strength. Yet, he is the first to ask me to back off if he feels I am in any danger of injuring myself. His instructions are clear and careful and his workout regiments are comprehensive, warm up to cool down. William's instruction in the art of Kettle bells has been life transforming. I have found a piece of the puzzle for myself in creating the quality of life that I desire. I look forward to every training session and believe this is something I will enjoy for years to come.

Learning Kettlebell and training with William has been an incredible experience. Williams dedication and knowledge has helped me to progress and bring my fitness goals to the next level. Throughout the whole process William has customized my workouts to my unique needs and taught me how to safely and effectively get the most from our workouts. His training has the intensity I desire but it is also very complete. No shortcut is taken, he makes sure you are safe yet pushing and improving your own personal limits in strength and endurance.

If you are interested in getting an intense, hard work out William is your man. He works every part and I feel amazing when I'm done. You might hate it at first but you will end up loving it!! William is very in-tune in what you want to focus on and makes excellent workouts. He is the best! I highly recommend him and doing kettle bell~~

If you want to see results and achieve your fitness goals, start a kettlebell program with William Stokes!! William is an excellent trainer and provides very challenging, but fun workouts. He really cares about your overall health and encourages you to perform to the best of your ability. One thing I really appreciate is how William always makes sure I am doing all the exercises in the correct form. This helps me avoid any injuries and get the most out of my workout. Kettlebell training with William has been very enjoyable and has increased my fitness level tremendously. I strongly recommend William as a trainer!!

Working out was always something I wanted to do but never really was completely motivated to. I have been training with William for a while now, and his kettle bell workouts as well as the others are always fun! He is excellent at his profession and always keep's you wanting to learn more. When I was introduced to Kettle Bells they automatically became a really tough workout but they were extremely fun. William is an amazing trainer that encourages you to really achieve the results you want. He knows how to challenge you to show and prove to yourself that you can always end strong in a workout. He encourages you and makes sure you gain something from every movement of the workout, by checking to see if your stance is where it needs to be. William is a talented trainer and is completely professional about his job. Every client is made a workout based off they're goals and he does help you reach them. Being a great motivator and friend he's helped me to reach many goals and face different challenges. I am now stronger than I ever was, and have lost 12 lbs. and am very satisfied to know I will reach my goal.

Williams is an excellent trainer. He explains each workout and guides you through out the whole workout routine while keeping an eye on you're form which is key to any type of training . His workouts are intense and challenging. His motivation is excellent. It helped me push myself to get that extra rep in. I will now carry this knowledge that he has thought me and pass it on to my fellow Marines. Excellent trainer.

William is an exceptional trainer. I have been impressed time and again by his dedication and passion for health and fitness. His knowledge is always expanding as he stays ahead of the game on the latest trends. He listens to your concerns and designs a program that suits your individual needs. William has been the key in my overall fitness success. Although I haven't lost actual weight, I have gone from a size 7 to a size 5 and I now have definition in my muscles (even my abs!!). His KB work outs are tough and effective. He challenges you to give it your all, and the results are amazing. William has earned my trust and respect and I highly recommend him to those looking to improve their bodies...I guarantee that you will be pleased with the results. I am.

When i first worked out with William I was amazed! I worked out muscles in my body i did not know existed. William knows the correct movement and made sure that i knew. I have an injury that is usually effected by working out. William makes sure everything is done properly so i leave feeling great instead of in pain. I crave this workout. William is an amazing instructor and i would recommend him to anyone.

William is an amazing trainer, When we think of personal trainers, especially as a woman we get that sudden sense of intimidation and that is just not the case when it comes to working out with William. He is strict on form and posture which is great because he makes sure that you get the best out of everything you are doing and every movement you are making. Since I have been working out with William, already I have seen so many changes in my body, I have felt sore in muscles I have never felt sore before. I get excited for my workout which is something that you don't hear very often, But when you have a trainer who pushes you to your limit but in a way where he motivates you and makes you want to finish strong!, anyone would look forward to a work out. William over all is a great trainer he focuses on the key things that need to be focused on in each person to make your work out more effective and make every movement count!. He is dedicated to everyone's fitness goals and knows exactly what he needs to do with every individual to reach these goals and that is exactly what he does and he is great at it! All in all he is a great trainer! I have to say he is the KB King of Eugene and Springfield! I highly recommend him to anyone Male, Female, someone struggling trying to lose weight, Someone trying to build muscle, Just anyone trying to change their lifestyle and get fit, William is the person I would recommend he knows what he is doing and he does it right!

I have tried many different types of training and classes throughout the years, and the kettlebell training with William is by far my favorite! William has a very genuine concern about your health, always making sure you are doing everything correctly. He is encouraging and has a great sense of how hard to push someone, guiding you to reach far and beyond your fitness goals. At the same time bringing fun and different workouts to the table, he turns working out into something you want to do, opposed to a chore you should do. I Highly recommend William as a trainer! He is a KB master!

I believe there are many of us that hear the word "trainer" and immediately begin to feel a sense of trepidation! We tremble at the thought of being pushed so hard that we embarrass ourselves and end up "throwing in the towel!" Working out with William has been by far one of the most life changing decisions I have ever made. Not only is he an exceptional trainer, he listens to his clients and takes into consideration each person on an individual basis. Workouts are based solely on what William sees fit for your present activity level. I am a distance runner and the endurance I have been able to attain has increased significantly since I have been training with him. My core has strengthened, in turn causing my back pains to subside immensely. I would recommend him to anyone. Whether you are trying to lose weight, build stamina, or just try a new activity, I would suggest trying KettleBell training! I love it!

William tailors your workout to your specific needs and goals. He is great in helping you to come back from injuries and in guiding you to avoid new injuries. He helped me come back from a knee injury I had about a yr ago by focusing on proper form. He continually revises your workout to reflect your progress and to keep your workouts interesting and at the same time challenging so you don't Plateau maximizing your time and efforts for greater results. William inspires you to do the best that you possibly can and motivates you to get to the next level of your fitness journey, I highly recommend him to guide and assist you in your fitness's goals.

William is an amazing instructor. I'm pleased to say that since I've been working out with kettlebells my body definition is in a total different level. Muscles I've never seen before and weight loss I thought I would never reach.I've lost 20lbs and reached my goal weight .William challenges you while encouraging you to do it right; he's always keeping eye on form and is constantly correcting me to ensure proper movement and safety. His focused training is intense clean and clear. Im truly satisfied with my results. If your looking for a great kettlebell instruction whether you are a beginner or advance I highly recommend William. Once you go bells you never want to go back or at least that's my motto!
